摘要
目的观察气道支架对气道恶性肿瘤引起呼吸困难临床治疗效果。方法2例恶性肿瘤引起气道狭窄的患者,一例气道恶性肿瘤,一例食道恶性肿瘤转移到气道,均用介入治疗方法植入国产金属气道支架2枚,术中术后患者无严重并发症产生。结果2例患者手术均成功,术后呼吸改善良好。结论气道支架治疗气道恶性狭窄是行之有效的。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of tracheal stenting for dyspnea caused by malignant tumor. Method：2 patients with tracheal narrow were involved in the study, and one was suffered from tracheal malignant tumor and the other tracheal metastasis from esophagus. Both of them were implanted tracheal stent by interventinal method without any major complication throughout the procedure. Result：2 operations were all successful, and respiration function were improved after procedure. Conclusion：It is useful to treat malignant tracheal narrow by stenting.
