摘要
根据接枝反应原理,采用马来酸酐为改性剂对C5石油树脂进行化学改性,提高其软化点。考察了马来酸酐质量分数、引发剂质量分数、反应温度和反应时间4个因素对产品软化点的影响。实验结果表明最佳改性条件:w(马来酸酐)=0.9%,w(引发剂)=0.1%,反应温度为200℃,反应时间为2.0h时,根据最佳反应条件制备胶黏剂效果较好。
In the paper,C5 petroleum resin is modified by maleic anhydride,according to the principle of graft reaction. The aim of graft reaction is to make the softening point of C5 petroleum resin increasing. There are four factors effected on the softening point, which are the amount of maleic anhydride and initiator,reaction temperature and reaction time. The experimental results show that the optimal reaction condition is. the amount of maleic anhydride 0. 9%, the amount of initiator 0.1%,reaction temperature 200 ℃ ,reaction time 2.0 h. According to the the optimal reaction condition, the obtained adhesive has good properties.
