摘要
在现有文献中,新创企业的战略研究通常借鉴了成熟企业的战略研究范式,然而,由于企业发展阶段的不同,新创企业的战略出发点、具体的竞争方案选择与实施,必然与成熟企业存在差异。从这一点出发,本文对创业战略的概念内涵进行了界定,提出了两类维度构成方式,并且采用大样本统计数据予以检验,进而结合创业过程的特点,探讨创业战略的发展模式和应用价值。
A literature review shows that the strategy research of new ventures always follows the patterns of mature companies. However, the new and the mature should differ from each other in development stage, starting point, and selection and enforcement of competition plan. Hence, this paper defines the entrepreneurial strategy, and puts forward two methods of dimension construction, which receive a test with big sample data. Furthermore, it discusses the development pattern and application value of entrepreneurial strategy based on the characteristics of entrepreneurial process.
