摘要
针对区域水安全系统中存在的不确定性问题,运用集对分析理论对其评价进行了研究。利用联系度的概念去描述评价体系中的不确定性关系,挖掘问题中包含的信息。利用集对分析方法不仅能全面反映区域水安全状况,还可以避免评价过程中权重确定困难的问题。应用该方法对山东省的水安全状况进行了评价分析,并与模糊综合评价、物元分析的评价过程和结果进行了对比。结果表明,该方法简单实用、结果可靠,是有效的水安全评价分析工具。
The set pair analysis theory is applied in water security evaluation due to the existing uncertainties in the security system. Connection degree is used to describe such uncertainties. In the process, the information of the regional water security is reflected and the difficulty in weight allocation is avoided. The water security of Shandong Province is evaluated with this method. The result is compared with what is got by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and a matter-element analysis. Results show that SPA method is simple and practical and can be a useful evaluating tool for regional water security.
