摘要
在求水头损失时,计算流体力学中常用的糙率参数和工程中常用的糙率不同,而且两者无明确换算关系。另外,湍流模型的选择缺乏明确的原则。在CFD计算和对比模型试验结果的基础上,得出两种糙率参数的换算关系。同时,对比各湍流模型在水头损失计算中的表现,发现可行化k-ε模型较适合于水头损失计算。
Different roughness parameters are adopted in CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) and projects when head losses are computed. Furthermore, there is no explicit conversion equation. In addition, there are no explicit principles to choose an appropriate turbulence model. In this paper, based on CFD simulation data and model test data, the experiential conversion is given, and a realizable k-ε model is fit for the computation of head losses.
