摘要
介绍了康明斯ISLe柴油机硅油曲轴扭振减振器设计开发和研制过程。结果表明此减振器的减振性能优良,能够将曲轴前端的扭振振幅从0.43°降低到0.12°,满足康明斯设计标准;此减振器满足康明斯标准6循环工况发动机可靠性台架验证要求,为东风康明斯公司建立了曲轴扭振减振器国产化开发的工作流程。
This paper describes the process of design and research of the viscous vibration damper on Cummins ISLe engine. The result is as follows:This damper performance is so exeellent that the torsional vibration amplitude of engine freeend can be reduced from 0.43° to 0.12°and it meets the requirements of Cummins limited value less than 0.15°.The damper has passed Cummins standard Cycle 6 engine reliability test.The localization flow of vibration damperis built at Dongfeng Cummins.
