摘要
研究了利用MSC.AFEA分析软件对汽车钢板弹簧进行仿真分析的方法,将某汽车钢板弹簧的装配预应力、刚度、应力、端部位移等仿真结果与理论计算和样品试验结果进行对比,根据对比分析结果修正设计,减少了物理样机试验次数,提高设计质量,缩短设计周期。
In this paper, a method by which using MSC.AFEA analysis software to emulate auto leaf spring is studied. The emulation analysis results of the assembly pressures, stiffness, stress, ending displacement etc. of new auto leaf spring compared with design calculation and sample test resuh, By Modifying the design according to the comparison infnnnation, times of samples test ean be reduced so h brings about a shorter Period of design cycle. And the qualily of design can also be improved.
