中国林蛙资源的综合利用和开发

Comprehensive Utilization and Exploitatiol of Chinese Brown Frog Resources

中国林蛙具有重要的药用价值与经济价值,是东北重要的经济蛙种,因而一直受到人们的重视。但是,很长时间以来人们对林蛙资源的开发仅局限于哈什蟆油,而造成了林蛙其他资源的浪费。经过多年对其进行多方面的研究,已经在综合利用与开发方面取得了一定的成果。笔者对林蛙肉、林蛙卵和林蛙皮等林蛙其他资源的开发利用研究现状进行综述。

As a economic resource in northeastern China, the Chinese brown frog is important in pharmaceutical and econom- ic application. Oviductus ranae is only a product in exploiting Chinese brown frog, and other resources are not thought much for a long time. Through many years investigation, people have made progress in basic science and application of the Chinese brown frog. In this review, we introduce the current situation and developmental opinion of meat, ovum and skin uses in brown frog.
