摘要
目前我国幼儿师范教育改革呈现出由封闭、定向型向开放、非定向型转化和培养层级不断提升的两种基本趋势,但改革过程中也出现诸多问题,如培养层次的盲目提升、不合格培养机构大量增加、生源质量急剧下滑、课程设置严重滞后、职前培养与职后培训相互隔离等。我们需要正确认识这些问题并积极寻求有效的解决方式,以推动幼儿师范教育的健康发展。
The reform of preschool normal education is developing from the closed and directed education to open and non-directed education in China. And the rank of normal education itself is improving. But many problems in the process of reform are beginning to emerge. We should recognize these problems and seek better strategies to promote the development of preschool normal education.
