摘要
幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,也是我国学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段,其中幼儿教师队伍的质量又直接关系着整个学前教育的质量。从政策的视角审视幼儿教师培养与培训、权利与义务、资格与任用等方面的政策文本,以此揭示幼儿教师政策的规律和本质,对于促进幼儿教育师资队伍建设,提高学前教育质量具有重要意义。
Kindergarten education is an important element of basic education, schooling and permanent education. There is the strong relationship between the quality of kindergarten teachers and the promotion of quality of preschool education. This article revealed the rule and essence of policy of kindergarten teachers based on the analysis of the text of policy which is component of training, right and duty, qualification and assign.
