摘要
重理论知识教学、轻实践应用的倾向是高师学前教育专业教育中长期存在的问题。这种倾向严重影响了学前教育专业人才培养的有效性。勒温的场论对我们理解和解决这一问题具有重要的意义。作为高师学前教育专业重要的"教学场",幼儿园在培养学生专业情意、完善学生知识结构、促进学生专业成长方面具有独特的功能。
The tendency of "focusing on theoretical knowledge learning and neglecting practice" remains an unsolved problem in preschool teachers' education. This tendency has seriously affected the effectiveness of preschool professional training. Kurt Lewin's "Field Theory" gives some important implication on solving this problem. As an important field for both teaching and learning, kindergarten would play special role on fostering preschool students' professional orientation, improving their knowledge structure, and promoting their specification development.
