摘要
教学文化研究是美国20世纪60年代以后兴起的一种研究范式,它关注教师的内心世界,多以质化研究为考察方法。学校内外的各种因素共同塑造了教学文化的形态特征。不同的教学文化形态对新教师的专业知识塑造、教学动机、工作满意度以及继续从教意愿产生了不同的影响。
The studies on cultures of teaching pay close attention to teachers' inward word by qualitative inquiry method,which is the new paradigm in America since the 1960s. The factors both in and out of school form the character of teaching culture together. The various of cultures of teaching play different roles on beginning teachers' professional knowledge, motives, satisfaction, and weather to continue teaching.
