摘要 教师职前与职后教育的一体化是国内外教师教育改革的理想追求,推动教师教育一体化需要对传统的教师继续教育作出多方面的变革。基于一体化,世界上的一些国家从观念、目标、课程、教学方法、机构等方面对教师继续教育进行了深刻的变革,并积累了很多成功的经验,这给我国当前的教师继续教育改革带来了有益的启示。 It is a common pursuit at home and abroad that pre-service teacher education and in-service teacher education are integrated. In order to achieve this goal, some countries in the world have profoundly changed their teacher continuing education in the way of concept,objectives,curriculum, teaching methods, institutions, etc. and accumulated a lot of successful experiences,which will be useful inspiration to China's reform in the field of teacher continuing education.
