支原体和衣原体在新生儿中的感染情况分析 被引量:3

Analysis of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection in neonatal infants

摘要 目的:探讨肺炎支原体(MP)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、解脲支原体(Uu)和沙眼衣原体(CT)在新生儿呼吸道的感染情况。方法:用荧光定量PCR法检测新生儿痰中MP、CP、Uu、CT。结果:MP、CP、Uu和CT的检测阳性率分别为16.2%、0.2%、18.3%、7.8%,MP在早产儿和足月新生儿检测的阳性率分别为55.2%、11.9%(P<0.01);Uu在早产儿和足月新生儿的检测阳性率分别为70.9%、9.9%(P<0.01);CT在早产儿和足月新生儿检测的阳性率分别为2.0%、8.3%(P>0.05)。按性别比较分析,Uu在男新生儿和女新生儿检测的阳性率分别为15.2%、25.6%(P<0.05),MP和CT的检测结果在男、女新生儿间无统计学差异。结论:Uu在新生儿的感染率最高,MP和Uu在早产儿的感染率明显高于足月新生儿,Uu在女新生儿的感染率高于男新生儿。 Objective: To investigate the infection in the respiratory tracts of Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( MP ), Chlamydia pneumoniae (CP), Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu), and Chlamydia traehomatis (CT) for the neonatal infants. Methods: Detecting MP, CP, Uu and CT in sputa of neonatal infants by the fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( FQ -PCR) . Results: The positive rate ofMP, CP, Uu, CT was16. 2% , 0.2%, 18. 3%, 7.8% respectively. The positive rate ofMPwas55.2% andll. 9% (P〈0. 01) respectively in premature infants and term neonatal infants. The positive rate of Uu was 70. 9 % and 9.9 % ( P 〈 0.01 ) respectively in premature infants and term neonatal infants. The positive rate of CT was 2.0 % and 8.3 % ( P 〉 0. 05 ) respectively in premature infants and term neonatal infants. . The positive rate of Uu was 15.2 % and 25.6 % ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in male group and female group. . Infection rate of MP and CT had no significant difference between male neonatal infants and female neonatal infants. Conclusion: Uu infection is most common in neonatal infants. Infection rate of MP and Uu in premature infants is obviously higher than in term neonatal infants. Infection rate of Uu in female neonatal infants is obviously higher than in male neonatal infants.
