摘要
目的探讨小窝蛋白-1(cav-1)表达在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)的生物学行为关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-9000法检测74例RCCC标本和14例正常肾组织中cav-1的表达情况,并分析其与肿瘤临床分期、病理组织学分级等参数间的关系。结果cav-1在正常肾组织100%阳性表达;在RCCC中cav-1阳性表达率为39.2%(29/74)。cav-1阳性表达率在不同的RCCC临床分期或不同组织学分级中的差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论cav-1在低分级、低分期RCCC中呈缺失性表达,cav-1在高分级、高分期RCCC呈相对高表达。cav-1的表达与RCCC的生物学行为有明显关系,可望作为反映RCCC发展变化有用的生物学标记。
[Objective] To investigate the expressed diversity of cav-1 in the development of renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and evaluate the significance of Clinical Pathology. [Methods] The PV-9000 two-step immunohistochemieal staining was adopted to detect the expression of Cav-1 in 74 RCCC specimens and 14 normal renal tissues. The associations among cav-1 expression in different clinical stage and tumor-histological grade of RCCC were analyzed. [Results] The Positive expressions of cav-1 were 100% in normal renal tissues. Among 74 tumors, 39.2% (29/74) were considered cav-1 positive. The variances of Cav-1 positive rate in different clinieal stage and tumor- histological grade were significantly (P =0.00). [Conclusion] Cav-1 expression is down-regulated at low-grade and low stage of RCCC. The relatively high expression of Cav-1 is emerged in more malignant RCCC. Cav-1 performs an important role in the generation and metastatic progression of RCCC. It may be expected to be a biological indicator.
