微米木纤维模压制品握钉结合部弹性变形与载荷分布系数的解析

摘要 微米木纤维模压制品握钉结合部的承载能力与其受力时的弹性变形及螺纹牙载荷分布情况有关,弹性变形由螺纹牙受弯曲、剪切和挤压情况进行分析和求解,进而结合弹性变形和有关几何参数、物理参数间的关系,推导出微米木纤维模压制品握钉结合部载荷分布系数的计算方法,为承载能力计算和结构设计提供理论依据。 The bearing capability of holding screw connection of micron wood fiber molded products was relative to the compliance and load distribution as they subject to load. The compliance was analyzed and calculated from bending, shearing and pressing conditions of screw threads. Then synthesize relations of compliance, geometric parameters and physical parameters. The method of calculating the load distributing coefficient in holding screw connection of micron wood fiber molded products was deduced. It has proposed theoretical foundation for bearing capability calculation and structural design.
