朱砂根种子萌发过程中酶活性的动态变化 被引量:5

摘要 测定了50mg/L GA3和200mg/L 6-BA浸种后的朱砂根种子在萌发过程中酶活性的动态变化。结果表明:在萌发过程中,α-淀粉酶活性整体呈上升趋势,50mg/L GA3处理的活性最大;200mg/L 6-BA处理后的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性最大,CAT活性是先上升后下降,露白到发芽阶段下降;POD活性一直呈上升趋势,在吸胀到露白阶段,其活性上升较平稳,而在种子露白后到发芽阶段开始迅速上升。 The dynamic change of some enzymes activity were determined during seed germination of Ardisia crenata after soaked by 50mg/L GA3 and 200mg/L 6 - BA. The results showed that the activity of α-amylase activity increased gradually in proceeding of germination. The treatment which has the maximum α - amylase activity was soaked by 50mg/L GA3. The treatment which has the maximum catalase and peroxidase activity was soaked by 200mg/L 6 - BA. The activity of catalase increased in early of seed germination, then decreased; The activity of peroxidase has been on the rise. The activity of peroxidase rose steadily in the suction stage to protrusion, and rose rapidly in the protrusion stage to germination.
