食品供应链可追溯制度的国际比较及其启示

International Comparison and Enlightenment On Food Supply Chain Traceability System

在阐述建立食品供应链可追溯制度的必要性基础之上,对欧盟、美国、日本等的可追溯制度进行研究,总结了发达国家食品可追溯制度的特征,提出了建立我国食品供应链可追溯制度的建议。

This paper makes a research on food supply chain（ FSC ） traceability systems of European Union, the United States and Japan , and summarizes some features of developed countries on traceability systems , based on necessity of setting up FSC traceability mechanism. In the last part of the paper, some elementary suggestions were proposed based on the researches.
