摘要 基于纵扭共振旋转超声切削的运动特性和动力特性,分析了纵扭振动模式下的切削轨迹特征和切削特性,讨论了纵扭共振旋转超声切削提高加工精度和系统刚度的实质。针对淬硬金属材料和脆性材料,在铣床上利用标准机夹刀具,在恒进给和润滑状态下,进行了纵扭共振超声铣削加工实验。比较了传统铣削加工和纵扭共振超声铣削加工所产生的加工工艺效果,实验结果表明,纵扭共振旋转超声切削不受加工材料的限制,比单一轴向振动旋转超声加工具有更优良的加工特性。 Based on motion and kinetic characteristics of longitudinal --tersional resonance rotary ultrasonic cutting, the cutting trajectory feature and cutting characteristics were analysed. The reasons that LTRUM could improve machining precision and system stiffness were discussed. Under the conditions of constant feed and lubrication, the brittle and ductile martials were really milled using standard milling machine. Processing effects of longitudinal--tersional resonance ultrasonic milling were compared with that of conventional milling. Experimental results show that LTRUM does not limit the machining materials and is superior to longitudinal vibrating rotary ultrasonic machining.
