新型马氏休耐磨钢的热处理工艺研究

Study on heat treatment process of new type Martensitic wear resistant steel

摘要 对自行研制的新型马氏体耐磨钢ADVANS450W^(?)进行了Q-P-T(淬火-碳分配-回火及传统淬火-回火(Q-T)热处理,并用X衍射分析仪测定了ADVANS 450W^(?)钢残余奥氏体量,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了材料显微组织,用光学金相显微镜(LOM)观察了晶粒度,测试了材料的力学性能。结果表明:在900℃奥氏体化,ADVANS 450W^(?)钢组织均匀细小,采用传统Q-T工艺和Q-P一T工艺,材料均获得了很好的综合力学性能,而相比传统Q-T工艺,经Q-P-T处理的ADVANS 450W^(?)钢保持了较高硬度,强度有所下降,冲击韧性得到了很大提高。 The quenching, partitioning and temper process (Q-P-Tprocess) and the quenching and temper process (Q-T process) are carried out to the self-developed new type martensitic wear resistant steel ADVANS 450W. The volume fraction of retained austenite in steel ADVANS 450W is measured by using X-ray diffraction, the microstructure is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the grain size is analyzed by optical metallographic microscope(LOM), and mechanical properties are investigated. As a result, the microstructure of steel ADVANS 450W is fine and uniform during austenitizing at 900℃, good comprehensive mechanical properties are obtained after Q-T process and Q-P-T process, the hardness of steel ADVANS 450W treated by Q-P-T process is similar well, but it's intensity is decreased a little, and the impact toughness is improved greatly than those treated by Q-T process.
