摘要
根据海区的特点建立数值计算模型,并运用系统工程的原理和方法将排放系统与受纳系统作为整体考虑,预测工程运行期间油品事故性泄漏对附近海域的影响。计算结果表明:无论事故何时发生,湾内海水中油的含量均不超过一类水质标准。按照国家水质标准《GB3097-82》的规定,该海域仍可满足现功能的开发和利用。
The paper expounds the general situation of engineering environment and the present situation of functional development . On the basis of the natural character of martime space, a numerical model has been set up. Using the theory and method of system engineering, we consider the emission system and the admission system together. We have forecasted the effect of the leakage of oil caused by unexpected accidents on the marine environment. According to the national water quality standard 《GB 3097-82》, the result of forecast shows that whenever the under ?sea pipeline breaks, the content of leaked oil in sea water is below the first class water standard. The present situation of marine area can also meet the need of functional development and utilization.
