摘要
驱动桥桥壳是汽车结构的重要零件之一,对其进行力学性能研究是汽车技术研发中的一个重要课题。通过有限元法软件ABAQUS的强大分析功能,对某整体式桥壳进行急刹车工况的动态时程分析;通过对路面滑动附着系数μ和钢板弹簧阻尼c等关键参数的变更,得出了桥壳关键部位峰值应力与μ及c的关系;通过与部分理论解的对比,验证了其有限元解的合理性;根据计算结果,提出了该桥壳的设计改进意见。
The drive axle housing is the important component of a vehicle. In this paper, the time history analysis of the drive axle housing in the sudden brake load case has been done by use of the FEM software ABAQUS. By the FE analysis according to the change of the friction coefficient μ and the damping coefficient c, the relation among the maximum value of the von-Mises stress and μ as well as c is obtained. Compared with the analytical solution of some part of the drive axle housing, the present results obtained using FEM are demonstrated to be reasonable. As an application, an improving suggestion about the drive axle housing design is given.
