Research on Solidified Structure of High-Carbon Boron Steel

摘要 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线分析仪和透射电镜,研究了硼(B)含量在0.1%~1.0%和碳(C)含量0.6%~0.8%的铸造高硼钢的凝固组织。结果表明,高硼钢的凝固组织由FeB、铁素体、珠光体和板条马氏体及贝氏体组成,硼碳化物呈网状沿晶界分布。 The solidified microstructures of high B steel containing 0. 1% ~ 1.0% B and 0.6% ~ 0.8% C was investigated by means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that the solidified high-B steel consists of boride (FEB), ferrite, pearlite, martensite, and bainite. And boride revealed network in shape distributes along grain boundaries.
