针织用汉麻纱线的开发与应用

Development and application of the knitting used hemp fiber yarn

介绍了汉麻纤维的物理结构、化学成分及主要性能,如抑菌性能、抗紫外线性能等。采用汉麻纤维与其他纤维混纺,测试各混纺纱线的性能,并使用混纺纱试织各种针织物,对织物进行服用性能测试。结果表明:采用其他柔软性纤维与汉麻进行混纺,可克服汉麻本身的刚度和脆性,纱线适合作为针织用纱。

This paper introduces the physical structure,chemical composition and main properties such as anti-bacteria and ultraviolet radiation proof of hemp fiber.In addition,a few kinds of blended yarns and their knitted fabrics are prepared and tested.The experimental results show that the toughness and brittleness of hemp fiber can be obviously improved when blended with other soft fibers,and the blended yarns can be used as knitting yarns.
