This paper introduces the whole process of printing technology of the bamboo fiber knitted fleece fabric including knitting,sizing and setting of gray fabric,pretreatment,finishing,product inspection,etc.,and mainly analyzes the pretreatment and printing processes and points out the control requirements of the matching kiers,brim covering,putting-in,treatment,hot brushing and drying.In addition,this paper presents the preparation of color paste in the cylinder printing process,and the technological conditions and precautions of other processes.
