摘要
为了解决弹力真丝罗纹服装在海运集装箱高温环境中的发臭问题,分析了织物臭味产生的原因、处理方法和机理,并选取天然环保的β-环糊精和天然香味剂作为芯材,双酚A作为壁材,采用改进后的界面聚合法,制备出可处理真丝服装的具有双膜高持久性的纳米除臭微胶囊,阐述了该微胶囊的制备方法,介绍了用该微胶囊对弹力真丝罗纹服装进行除臭后整理的浸轧法和喷雾法工艺,并分析了处理效果和各工艺参数的影响,结果得出该方法所整理的弹力真丝罗纹服装天然环保,具有良好除臭效果。
In order to solve the odor problem of the elastic silk knitted rib garments when stored in the container for sea transportation,this paper analyzes the reasons for odor generation and the solving method as well as its mechanism.In this method,the mixture of natural environmentally friendly β-cyclodextrin and natural essence is selected as the core material and the bisphenol A as wall material,and the modified interfacial polymerization is employed to prepare the nano deodorizing microcapsule for the first time,which bears double walls and a high durability and is suitable for treatment of the elastic silk knitted rib garments.This paper introduces the preparing process of the nano deodorizing microcapsules,presents the padding and spraying method to apply the microcapsules to the elastic silk knitted rib garments,and analyzes the treatment effect and the influencing technological parameters.The experimental results show that this natural and environmental method is very effective for deodorizing the elastic silk knitted rib garments.
