摘要
研究Sr和Y对Mg-3Al-1Zn镁合金组织细化的影响结果表明,添加0.01%~0.1%Sr和0.3%Y均可细化Mg-3Al-1Zn镁合金晶粒,其中添加Sr较添加Y可使Mg-3Al-1Zn镁合金具有更好的细化效果。此外,随Sr加入量从0.01%增至0.1%,试验合金的细化效率逐渐增加。Sr和Y以及不同Sr加入量对Mg-3Al-1Zn合金晶粒的细化效果差异与不同条件下Mg-3Al-1Zn合金的开始结晶温度不同有关。
The effects of Sr and Y on the microstructure refinement of Mg-3Al-1Zn magnesium alloy were studied. The results indicate that adding 0.01%-0.1%Sr or 0.3%Y to Mg-3Al-1Zn alloy can refine the grains of the alloy, and adding Sr can obtain higher efficiency than adding Y. In addition, with the Sr adding amounts increasing from 0.01% to 0.1%, the refinement efficiency of the experimental alloy gradually increases. The differences in the refinement efficiency for adding Sr and Y, and for different adding amounts of Sr, are possibly related to the different initial crystal temperatures of Mg-3Al-1Zn alloy under the different conditions.
