Integral Casting Process of Guide Vane

针对整铸导叶铸件存在的技术难度进行工艺研究,在模样、工装、冒口、冷铁、浇注系统等方面进行优化设计,结合计算机数值模拟,生产出合格的产品,为今后同类产品的生产积累了宝贵的经验。

The technical difficult in integral casting of the guide vane was studied, and by using of the computer simulation, the optimal design on pattern, tooling, riser, chilling block and gating system, etc was carried out, by which the qualified castings were obtained and valuable experiences were accumulated for further production of similar castings.
