郭振武中药干预支气管哮喘缓解期经验探析

Experience of Guo Zhenwen on Treating Bronchial Asthma in Remission Stage with TCM

支气管哮喘缓解期部分患者无明显自觉症状,按传统肺脾肾虚辨证依据不充分,郭振武教授以宿痰伏肺立论重新梳理缓解期哮喘的辨证标准,针对"无证可辨"者给予金龙固本合剂实施干预,再依患者兼肺脾两虚、肾虚或血瘀随证加味,以复发率、复发严重程度等终点结局指标判定疗效,优化诊疗方案,丰富中医治未病体系。

Some patients of bronchial asthma in remission stage have no obvious subjective symptoms, so there＇s not enough evidence to treat it with the traditional theory based on deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney. Professor Guo Zhenwu rearranged the syndrome differentiation standard of bronchial asthma in remission stage with the theory of＂ insidious sputum in lung＂. He treated the patients who had no obvious syndromes with Jinlong Guben Mixture, and then modified the prescription according the symptoms like deficiency of both lung and spleen, deficiency of kidney and blood stasis. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the final outcome indexes including the rate and level of recurrence which optimized the diagnosis and treatment scheme and enriched the system of＂ Traditional Chinese Medicine preventive treatment of disease＂.
