中医综合治疗方案对急性缺血性中风急性期NIHSS评分影响的研究

The Study of the Effect on National Institute of Health Stroke Scale under Using of the TCM Combined Therapy Regimen in Acute Stage in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察评估中医综合方案治疗急性缺血性中风病人急性期神经功能缺损的疗效。方法:采用前瞻性、多中心、中央随机、平行对照试验的设计方法,606例患者分别用中医综合(试验组274例)和西医加中药安慰剂(对照组263例)治疗(剔除15例、脱落54例),并观察NIHSS评分。结果:与对照组比较,试验组患者治疗后7天、14天、21天的NIHSS评分降低(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合治疗方案可改善患者21天以后的神经缺损情况,随着随访时间的延长,中医综合治疗方案有改善患者NIHSS评分、提高患者生存质量的趋势。

Objective：To observe and assess the curative effect of neurologic defect in acute ischemic stroke under using of the TCM combined therapy regimen using National institute of health stroke Scale （NIHSS）. Methods：Apply of prospective, muhicentre, central Randomized, parallel controlled trial Study . 606 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis in department of neurology were studied and apart for TCM combined therapy （ test group 274） and westem medicine plus placebo therapy （ control group 263）. NIHSS scores were calculated. Results ： We found that the NIHSS score of post-treatment in the control group were lower than in test group after 7days, 14days and 21 days （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The condition of neurologic defect were improved after 21days and elevated the patients＇s living quality along with extension of follow-up by the TCM combined therapy regimen.
