参金散治疗小儿厌食症42例

Shenjin Powder in the Treatment of Child Anorexia of 42 Cases

目的:观察参金散治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将82例小儿厌食症患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,给予参金散治疗,对照组40例,给予健胃消食片治疗,均15日1个疗程,服用2个疗程,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组总有效率为85%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参金散治疗小儿厌食症疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenjin Powder in the treatment of Child Anorexia. Methods ：The 82 patients with Child Anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group （42 cases） treated with Shenjin Powder, and control group（40 cases）treated with Jianweixiaoshi Tablet, both group were treated for 2 courses of 15 days. The effects were observed. Results：The total effect rate was 95.2% in treatment group and 75% in control group. The effects in treatment group are better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Shenjin Powder has a good therapeutic effect on Child Anorexia.
