摘要
通过对近10年有关针灸临床治疗失眠文献的检索和查阅,就针灸处方中主穴、配穴的选穴情况进行统计和归纳。得到主穴68个,配穴88个。主穴选用频率最高的是神门,配穴是心俞。认为产生主穴、配穴选用上的差异的根源在于中医对失眠理论认识的不同把握。临床针灸治疗失眠的选穴存在规律性,主要继承了传统中医学的"宁心安神"、"辨证论治"的基本治疗思想。
This paper summarized 68 major points and 88 adjunct points in acupuncture prescription based on the latest 10 years＇ublications associated with treating insomnia by acupuncture-moxibustion. Herein, Shenmen is the most frequently used point in major points ,and Xinshu in adjunct points. It was considered that the deviation of point selection between major points and adjunct points originated from the different understanding of insomnia treatment by traditional chinese medicine means. The clinical acupuncture treating insomnia has a law of point selection that mainly inherits the fundamental traditional chinese medicine ideologies of Ningxin Anshen and Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment.
