摘要 由于蛋白质氨基酸组成及氧化因素的多样性,导致蛋白质多样性氧化产物的生成,如酪氨酸氧化成3硝-基酪氨酸或3氯-酪氨酸,蛋氨酸氧化生成亚砜等。蛋白质特殊氧化产物的生成及水平的增高,在一定程度上反映并影响着疾病的发生与发展状态。深入研究蛋白质特殊氧化与疾病的关系,有望为相关疾病的预防和治疗提供有效的科研依据。 It is notable that the specific protein oxidation products can serve as biomarker due to the fact that each protein comprises unique amino acid sequence and each disease may have specific oxidative reaction. For example, tyrosine can be oxidated to 3-nitrotyrosine or 3-chlorotyrosine, metbionine oxidated to sulfoxide. The generation and increase of the specific protein oxidation products can reflect the condition of lots of diseases to a certain extent. Study of the connection between the specific protein oxidation products and pathological changes can provide the scientific basis for prevention and treatment of lots of diseases.
