介绍了粉末活性炭/湿式氧化再生(PACT/WAR)系统在台湾龟山污水处理厂中的应用,探讨了PACT/WAR系统对有机物、重金属离子以及色度的去除效果,并对重要操作参数进行了评估。该系统的平均COD去除率为77%、BOD5去除率为84%、SS去除率为71%、色度去除率为94%。运行结果显示,曝气池活性炭浓度为500~1000mg/L时,其单位有机物去除量约0.2~0.6g/g;系统污泥龄为4~10d,污泥龄越长则COD、BOD5去除率越高,出水BOD/COD值约为0.03~0.16;水力停留时间越长则COD去除率越高,而对BOD5去除率的影响则不太显著。
The application of powdered activated carbon treatment (PACT)/wet air regeneration (WAR) system in Guishan Sewage Treatment Plant in Taiwan Province is introduced. The removal effects of organics, heavy metal ions and color in the PACT/WAR system are discussed, and the important operation parameters are evaluated. The average removal rates of COD, BOD5, SS and color are 77%, 84%, 71% and 94% respectively. The operation results show that when the activated carbon concentration in aeration tank is about 500 mg/L to 1 000 mg/L, the removal rate of the organic matters by unit mass of powdered activated carbon is 0.2 g/g to 0.6 g/g. The sludge retention time is 4 to 10 days, and the longer the sludge retention time, the higher the removal rates of COD and BOD5. The effluent BOD/COD ratio is 0.03 to 0.16. The longer the HRT, the higher the removal rate of COD, while the effect on the removal rate of BOD5 is not significant.
