摘要
介绍了ACE工艺在氮肥生产企业废水处理工程中的应用情况并对存在的典型问题提出了解决措施。实际工程表明,ACE工艺在进水COD≤1000mg/L、NH3-N≤250mg/L时,出水水质优于国家有关合成氨工业废水的一级排放标准。其主要设计参数对于类似高氨氮有机废水的处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
The application of anoxic tank/contact oxidation tank/extended aeration tank (ACE) process to nitrogen fertilizer industry wastewater treatment is introduced, and the solutions to typical problems are put forward. The actual project shows that the effluent quality is better than the first criteria in the national discharge standard for synthetic ammonia industry wastewater when the influent COD and NH3 -N are equal to or less than 1 000 mg/L and 250 mg/L respectively. The main design parameters have some reference for similar high-nitrogen organic wastewater treatment.
