摘要
针对机加工废水石油类含量较高、废水可生化性较好的特点,在强化预处理除油效果的前提下,选用以生化法为主的处理工艺(CAST/曝气生物滤池),在进水水质波动较大的情况下,出水水质比较稳定(COD平均值为35.8mg/L,石油类平均值为1.2mg/L),达到《铁路回用水水质标准》(TB/T3007—2000)。
The oily wastewater has high content of oil and good biodegradability. Accordingly, the oily wastewater after enhanced pretreatment for oil removal was treated by the combined process of CAST and biological aerated filter. Although the in fluent quality fluctuates much, the effluent quality is stable, and the average values of COD and oils are 35.8 mg/L and 1.2 mg/L respectively. It meets the Standard for Railway Reuse Water Quality （ TB/T 3007 - 2000）
