河北省产业地位评价与提升对策——基于环渤海经济区视角

Based on Evaluation and Enhance Countermeasures of the Status of the Industry in Hebei Province

产业优势削弱、产业组织化程度不高、技术创新开发和创新能力减弱、产业区域布局雷同以及利用外资规模偏小等诸多因素导致河北省在环渤海经济区的产业地位相对偏低。应当从深入学习实践科学发展观、切实推进经济增长方式转变、促进产业结构优化升级、积极选育主导产业、强化产业组织创新、加大技术创新力度等方面入手提升河北省产业地位。

The industrial advantages weakening, industrial organization degree low, technological innovation and the development of innovation declined and the industry regional distribution similar and the foreign investment lack and other factors led to the industry decline of Hebei province in the Bohai Sea economic zone. We should further ascertain the concept of scientific development, effectively change the mode of economic growth, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, positively select the leading industries, strengthen industrial innovation, and increase technological innovation.
