近年来中国装备制造业产业控制力形势不容乐观,一方面是外资在部分装备制造领域形成一定的控制力,另一方面外资通过并购存量资产控制中国装备制造业的战略倾向有所增强。因此,应从规避外资垄断性并购、完善国内装备产品支持政策、支持装备企业多元化开拓市场及贸易转型升级、推进装备企业对外投资与合作、加快装备制造业自主创新能力建设步伐等方面入手,维护中国装备制造业产业安全。

Recently, the situation of industrial control power of China＇s equipment manufacture industry is not allowing optimistic. For one thing, the foreign capital has some control power in part equipment field, and for another, the foreign capital＇s strategic trend of controlling China＇s equipment manufacture industry by swallowing up the storage capital is strengthening to some extent. So we should evade foreign capital＇s monopoly and combination, perfect the support policy of home equipment product, support the equipment enterprise exploring market and the trade transition and upgrade, promote the investment abroad and cooperation of equipment, quicken the construction of self-innovation ability of equipment manufacture industry to maintain the industrial safety of China＇s equipment manufature industry.
