摘要
从幼牛静脉血中提纯的“小牛血去蛋白提取物”(Actovegin,AC) ,主要由无机离子及小分子有机物组成。本文研究其生化性质及药效学 ,结果表明 ,AC干物质重量为 4 0 mg/ ml;AC含钾离子 1.4 8± 0 .2 6(mg/ ml) ,钠离子 10 .92± 1.4 7(mg/ ml) ,氯离子 15.92± 1.98(mg/ ml) ,多肽 1.79± 0 .2 1(mg/ ml) ,氨基酸 1.0 7± 0 .16(mg/ ml) ,葡萄糖 2 .0 1± 0 .32 (mg/ ml) ;AC具有刺激豚鼠肝匀浆线粒体呼吸的生物学活性 (呼吸活力 QO2 为 3.1μl/ mg· h,刺激指数 SI为 2 .6)。 AC药效学研究表明 ,在小白鼠全脑缺血及常压缺氧条件下 ,AC能促进血葡萄糖向脑组织转运 ,促进葡萄糖在脑组织进行有氧代谢 ,延长小白鼠存活时间 ,改善脑组织缺血、缺氧状态 ,可用于脑缺血。
The deproteinized extract of calf blood extracted from the calf serum(Actovegin, AC), consists of the inorganic ions and the small molecular organic substances. In this article, we study its biochemical features and pharmacology, the results demonstrated that AC dried weight was 40mg/ml(±5%), K + 1.48±0.26(mg/ml), Na + 10.92±1.47(mg/ml), Cl - 15.92±1.98(mg/ml), polypeptides 1.79±0.21(mg/ml), amino acid 1.07±0.16(mg/ml) and glucose 2.01±0.32(mg/ml), AC had the activity to stimulate the mitochondria respiration rate of the guinea pig homogenates (QO 2 3.1μl/mg·h, SI 2.6). The study of AC pharmacology showed that, under the circusmastances of the complete cerebral ischemic and the normal pressure anoxia hypoxia of mice, AC could increase the transfering of the blood glucose to the brain, increase the glucose areobic metabolism of the brain tissue, prolong the living time of the mice, improve the cerebral states of ischemic and anoxia hypoxia, thus, AC can be used to treat such diseases as cerebral ischemic and cerebral anonia hypoxia.
