大学生权益诉求表达障碍及其对策

College Students'rights Claim Problems and Proposals

针对大学生权益诉求表达面临法律法规保障缺失障碍、学生管理体制障碍和学生自身障碍等问题,在分析各障碍对大学生权益诉求表达影响的基础上,提出应通过夯实立法基础,建立大学生诉求表达机制;完善学校管理体制,疏浚诉求渠道;加强学生维权意识的培养,建立权益诉求培训机制及权益向导机制等相关对策来予以完善。

Regarding to the fact that college students＇ claiming to their rights is confronted with the scarcity of law protection, the drawbacks of the students＇ administration system and the lack of the self- awareness of the rights, this paper firstly analyses from the basis of the influence on students＇ claim to their rights brought about by above--mentioned problems ,then it advances some improvement proposals ,such as to consolidate the foundation of the legislation in order to constitute the system of the college students＇ rights claim;to improve the students＇ administration system so that students＇ claim be dredged; to strengthen the training of the students＇ rights protection; and to build the system of the training of students＇ rights claim and the system of students＇ rights guidance.
