Analysis of Effective Components and Studying Development on Algae

全世界藻类约 30 0 0 0余种 ,迄今被人类利用的主要是红藻、褐藻和绿藻三大类 ,约10 0余种左右。海藻除被用作食品工业原料、饲料和肥料以外 ,其保健和药用生物活性物质越来越受到人们的关注 ,本文就海藻的药用有效成份的研究、开发前景加以综述 。

According to the classification by the algologist, throughout the world there are 30,000 kinds of algae of which red algae, brown algae and green algae are widely used by human, altogether about 100 kinds algae contains rich nutritional substance. The studying shows that the health and medicinal bioactive substance of algae is followed with interest by human, besides it being used as food industry material, fertilizer and forage. The article is to give summary about the study and prospects on algae′s nutritional components and its bioactive substance to accord with the need of aquatic resource′s application.
