摘要
CAE在机械行业的应用越来越受到重视,尤其在结构设计领域。文章应用Pro/E软件对声波测井仪器的声系外壳进行实体建模,然后通过数据转换导入ALGOR中,并对其进行约束和加载,最后分别进行线性和非线性分析,得到了声系外壳的应力分布状况及塑性状态,为声系外壳的优化设计提供了理论依据。
CAE is used more and more in mechanical industry,especially in structural design domain.In this paper,the solid model of acoustic system shell is established by using Pro/e,and then the model is loaded and restricted after it is imported into the ALGOR by data transform.At last,the model is analyzed respectively using the linear and nonlinear methods,and the plastic state and distributed stress rule are obtained,which provides the academic basis for the further optimize design.
