摘要
通过对压力计原始刻度数据分析,采用线性最小二乘法实现刻度数据拟合,解决了石英晶体压力计的压力灵敏度随环境温度变化而变化的问题,使压力误差达到0.04826%。利用MATLAB软件绘制出压力-频率图形,直观地反映了拟合结果。
Through analyzing the manometer's original scale date,and adopting the linear least square method to realize original scale data's straight line fitting,the problem that the quartz crystal manometer's press sensitivity changes along with circumstance temperature is resolved.The manometer's error reaches to 0.04713 percent.The press-frequency picture is drawn by MATLAB software.It reflects the curve fitting result clearly.
