摘要
对１０８例老年糖尿病患者进行血脂、血流变等１７项指标检测，用活血化瘀，益气养阴的中药治疗，并与西药治疗进行对照。结果表明中药有良好的降脂降粘作用，可明显改善其异常，且疗效优于西药；结果发现甘油三脂，胆固醇，全血比粘度，全血还原粘度，血浆比粘度，纤维蛋白原，红细胞压积，红细胞变形指数异常程度与动脉硬化指数程度呈正比关系，结合临床表现还发现血糖控制不良或反复波动者，其异常改变相应明显，慢性并发症则出现较早预后较差。提示防治老年糖尿病及慢性并发症有必要降血脂和改善血液流变性能力。
indexes of blood lipids and hemorrheology were tested in 108 patients with senile diabetes millitus, and those that showed the abormalilties of above indexes were treated with Chinese herbs and compared with the control group treated with western medicine. The results showed that: Chinese herbs could efficiently reduce blood lipids level and blood viscosity, the curative effects of which were superior to westren medicine, Triglycert, cholesterol, blood viscosity, blood plasm viscosity, reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrritand were positively interrelated with index of atherosclerosis. It is necessary to reduce blood lipids and ameliorate Theological properties of blood in treatment of senile diabetes mellitus and its chronic complications.
