摘要
双相合金工艺是近几年发展起来的一种新的制造烧结Nd-Fe-B系永磁材料的方法。该工艺对于高性能磁体的制备展现出广阔的发展前景。简述了双相合金法制备烧结钕铁硼磁体的技术过程,总结了各种添加元素对于烧结钕铁硼永磁合金的显微结构和磁性能的影响。
Dual- alloy technology has become a new method for manufacturing sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet in the recent years, the technology opens a new ground in making NdFeB magnets with high performance. This paper, based on the principle of the dual- alloy technology, illustrates the effect of elemental additions on sintered NdFeB microstructure and magnetic properties.
