摘要
包钢薄板厂2005年9月冷轧平整机组正式投产后,在生产初期出现部分板面锈蚀现象,严重影响了包钢的冷轧板信誉。为此,在以平整工艺研究的基础上,通过长期摸索"锈蚀"现象的产生机理和发生规律,依次研究了平整液功能、空气吹扫方式、防锈油静电喷涂效果3个方面。
After the temper mill went into operation in the Thin Strip Plant of Baotou Steel in September 2005 ,the rusty spots appeared on the surface of strip,so that the credibility of the cold - rolled strip of Baotou Steel was damaged seriously. For the reason, based on the research on the temper mill technology,the formation mechanism and regularity, the paper stud- ies the function of temper mill fluid,the way of air blowing,the effect of electrostatic antirust oil spraying.
