摘要
针对高线轧机减速机齿轮轴的轴承故障现象,进行受力分析及计算,发现事故原因为轴承承载能力过低,只有在保证现有减速机结构尺寸不变的情况下,对齿轮轴固定端轴承进行改造,采用进口轴承,才能从根本上避免减速机故障的发生。
The result of forced analysis and calculating shows the failure of the gear bearing of the decelerator of the high - speed rolling mill is because the load capacity of the bearing was too low. On the present size of the decelerator,the imported bearing can avoid the decelerator breakdown.
