为稳定上塔压力和塔内组分,保持再生污氮气流量的稳定,采用Foxboro I’A控制系统,实现了分子筛吸附装置自动切换程序控制、均压阀缓开、缓关等调节控制功能,保证了空分系统工况稳定,减少因控制系统故障造成的设备停机时间。
To keep the pressure of upper tower and make the ingredient in tower and the flow of regenerative dirty nitrogen stable, the DCS of Foxboro I'A was used to achieve the control functions including automatic switch program control of molecular sieves absorbing device,inching control of balancer valve. It ensures the operation condition of the air distribution system to be stable and reduces the time of shutdown caused by system failure.
