摘要
4988铝合金采用Sr和钠盐两种变质剂变质处理,根据金相组织和最终性能比较两种变质剂的变质效果。研究结果表明,采用钠盐变质剂和Sr变质剂变质后,前者变质后的合金强度较高,伸长率较低。在共晶硅细化方面,Sr和钠盐可以取得相似的变质效果;在α(Al)枝晶的细化方面,Sr变质的优于钠盐变质的;从抑制气孔角度分析,钠盐变质的优于Sr变质的。
Two kind of modifier Sr and Na were used to 4988 aluminum, the modification effect of two modifier for comparison, according to the metallography organization and properties of material. The results show that, alloys have higher strength, lower elongation by using Na modifier; Sr and Na salt can be achieved similar effect at the aspects of the refinement of eutectic silicon. At the aspects of α(Al) dendrite refinement, the metamorphic effect of Sr better than Na salt; from the point of view of inhibited stomatal analized, the metamorphic effects of Na salt better than Sr.
