摘要
大型锥体铝合金模锻件在模压过程中锻件底部经常出现大裂纹(有时甚至为穿透性裂纹)及不成形等缺陷。为避免上述缺陷的产生,经过多次试验,修改锻造工艺,使锻件底部金属受力状态由一向压应力二向拉应力改为三向压应力状态,改善金属变形状况。避免了裂纹缺陷,不成形缺陷也极少出现。
Defects often occur in the process of moulding large size conic die-forging, such as large cracks, penetrance cracks, and non-formation. To avoid the above mentioned defects, many experiments were carried on to modify forging process, changing the stress state on the bottom metal of forging product from one-dimentional press stress, two-dimenfional press stress to three-dimentional press stress, so that the deformation of metal is improved, crack is avoided, and non-formationseldom occurs.
